1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ttjj ("ttjj," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ttjj.asia ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ttjj Platform and close your account. Continued use of the ttjj Platform following any posted amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the ttjj Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of the overall terms governing your use of the ttjj Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, make deposits, or participate in any gaming activity on the ttjj Platform. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and strictly enforced by ttjj. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ttjj Platform is operated under PAGCOR licensing and is intended for use by residents and individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing on ttjj.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to hold a ttjj account or participate in any gaming activities on the Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ttjj;
• Persons currently subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order on the ttjj Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• Persons identified on PAGCOR's exclusion registry or any applicable national exclusion list;
• Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the ttjj Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by a single individual or in coordination with other persons — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during ttjj account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details, is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Provision of false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, ttjj is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment verification documents at any stage of your relationship with ttjj. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ttjj account login credentials. You agree to notify ttjj immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. ttjj will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ttjj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at ttjj's sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits to the ttjj Platform must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is set per payment method and displayed on the ttjj deposit page. ttjj reserves the right to return deposits at its absolute discretion and does not guarantee that deposited funds will immediately be available for wagering.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review prior to processing. ttjj aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. ttjj reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ttjj Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ttjj accepts no liability for currency conversion losses where a player's bank or e-wallet applies conversion rates.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ttjj may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. General conditions applicable to all ttjj promotions include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• ttjj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or manipulation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-related winnings;

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ttjj Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game. The following general gameplay conditions apply to all ttjj games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ttjj will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verifiable technical malfunction;
• In the event of a technical fault during a game, ttjj will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation equitably. Where a bet cannot be reliably settled, stakes may be returned to the Player's wallet;
• Random Number Generator (RNG) certified game outcomes are final and binding;
• Live casino game outcomes as determined by the live dealer and independently verified are final and binding;
• ttjj reserves the right to void bets placed on events or games where a pricing, configuration, or technical error has materially affected the offering.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ttjj Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others to do so;
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identification documents;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the ttjj Platform in any manner connected with proceeds of crime;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ttjj staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the ttjj Platform via VPN or proxy server in violation of applicable geographic restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ttjj Platform — including but not limited to the ttjj brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the proprietary intellectual property of ttjj or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ttjj. Unauthorized use of ttjj intellectual property constitutes infringement and may subject the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ttjj's aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the ttjj Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ttjj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ttjj has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The ttjj Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ttjj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by ttjj

ttjj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that ttjj determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ttjj support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to bonus terms and pending verification) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Players who self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming program may be subject to a cooling-off period before account closure is finalized.

11. Responsible Gaming

ttjj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Philippine players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within your ttjj account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Session time limits and reality check reminders;
• Temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period: 24 hours to 6 months);

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ttjj's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit all disputes in writing to the ttjj support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ttjj reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the ttjj Platform. The amended terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the ttjj Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
